• After confirming picking the voucher, you fill in your information and proceed to make the payment
• The final and accurate information is recorded when you have completed the payment for the voucher. Conversely, your voucher booking may be canceled if you do not make the payment on the deadline we announced

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of service before 14 days before departure date: you will be fined 20% of total value of the order.
• Cancellation of service within 14 days before departure: you will be fined 100% of the total value of the order.
